html2elementor is a web application that converts any website URL or HTML into Elementor-compatible JSON code using artificial intelligence. The Service is provided by WEB DESIGN UNLIMITED LLC.

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Intellectual Property

Generated Output

The Elementor JSON code generated from your URLs belongs to you. We make no claim over the output generated from your content.

6. Plans, Payments and Refunds

html2elementor offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are issued at our discretion within 7 days of purchase if the Service has not been substantially used.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. WEB DESIGN UNLIMITED LLC does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated output will be perfect or fit for a specific purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WEB DESIGN UNLIMITED LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
